episode 139: X marks the spot

THE THANG

There was some Q I was at over the last couple of weeks that was the inspiration for todays perspiration, however I do not recall who’s it was or what we did.  Nevertheless, the following is what we did. Pax spit in half not individually but the group and started at each side of the same end of the parking lot. The four stations were pull-ups (5x) underdogs (10x) across from there uneven merkins (5x each arm on the sidewalk for total of 10) across from pull-ups were H2H(20x)  pax were to run corner to opposite corner with side lunges between the short sides. After three rounds run a lap around the lot   Then R&R
