I’m really at a loss on how to begin this post, so I’ll just use some words that make sense to follow the previous words in order to fill up a little bit of space here.

THE THANG

Pax were instructed to grab their coupon and follow me, not unlike Eminem.  We eventually ended up at the base of the hill at the school.  Pax partnered up and a standard Dora ensued. 100 OHP, 200 Squats, 300 Freddy Mercurys.  Pax then moseyed to the swings for 2 superset rounds of 10 Underdogs, 10 merkins, 10 curls. Then 1 suicide round (that was  a crowd favorite).  Then we matriculated back down the parking lot to the playground and completed 2 more superset rounds of 5 pull-ups and 15 H2H.
