THE THANG Grab coupon and double time to the parking lot by the school. At each of the 4 light posts approx 30-40 yards apart will be a set of exercises to be completed over 3 rounds   1st pole is upper body  2nd pole is lower 3rd is core and 4th is total body. Pax only do one exercise per round at each pole before starting over with the next round

1)curls x30/upright row x20/ bent over row x20

2) squats x20/deadlift x20/ lunge 10 per leg

3) LBC x30/flutter kick x20/ side bend x10 per side

4) kettle bell swing x10/power clings x15/ thrusters x10

move to bottom of hill in front of school. Right about now the rain began to fall. We will now build a burpee using the hill. 10 merkins at the bottom. Run to mid point 10 back thrusters. Run to top 10 squat jumps. Round two was 11 at each spot.
