THE THANG

Since today was my 39th birthday, I knew 39 had to be the main point.  So there were 5 stations set. OYO. Count went as follows: 10, 20, 30, 39, 30, 20, 10….

• Front Porch- Peoples Chair for said count • Flag Pole- Dips • F3 Flag- Little Baby Crunches • Love Chapel Sign- Squats with hind quarters turned to road • Light Pole- Merkins

Somewhere around the 3rd round there were grunts and some weird sounds coming from quite a few PAX. I believe everyone made it back around to the second 10 count.

MARY

MARY consisted of 3 exercises.

Pickle Pounders- IC- 10

Doc I Hate You’s- IC- something like 4 or 9. We always seem to lose count.

21’s- a new exercise brought to us by Red Panda after his post in Savannah. SSH IC to 5 and then silent to 21. At 21, if anyone misses the count, 7 Burpees are required. Not sure if I like Red Panda anymore.
