Great weather and a great group of PAX to show off in front of the Healthy Kingsport People

Got things started with a Jog then we moved to TTT and LBACs

THE THANG

Tabata, Tabata, Tabata and we skipped the breaks

• Round 1: 6 Min Total, 30 Sec Each (Side Straddle Hop, Squat Merkins, Bobby Hurley, KB Swings with the block) • Burpees until Wilbur got tired • Round 2: 8 Min Total, 30 Sec Each (Curls, Slow Squats, Block Press, Mountain Climbers) • Burpees until Maggot got tired • Round 3: 2 Times Through (Truck Pull ups, Merkins, Bear Crawl) • Big Tree Al Gore (Group Circle Squat until we count to 100) • Round 4: 3 Min Total, 30 Sec Each, Partner Plank Jumps (One person planks while the other jumps over) • Round 5: 4 Min Total, 30 Sec Each (Crunches, Flutter Kicks, Bicycle Abs, Heels to the Heavens)
