Immortal 30 returns – with a few tweaks

7 Pax arrived to the damp grounds of Immortal Station this morning. The rain was gone for now, but Cheeks was still nowhere to be seen. He must have stayed somewhere dry. Temperature was somewhere in the mid-40s with little to no wind.

The Thang- It had been almost exactly one year since this workout debuted during Launch Week 3, so it is time to try it again. This is version 3 of this workout, as a few changes were made
Do Exercises in order with following exceptions- number 29 and number 30: 1. Whenever coupons are available, you can go do your Farmer Carry down and back between cones and then return to exercise sequence
2. Whenever ropes are available, you can go do your 30-second battle rope waves and then return to exercise sequence

A few guys were able to add just a little extra work before a 30-second plank was called to finish the time until 7
