Iron Paxish

It was a cool and crisp morning, perfect for some iron paxish action. The moon was out, we had an FNG – welcome Little John-, and the PAX were ready to grind.

PRAYER

Thankful for the day and the strength to get through the workout.

COP

The PAX started with some dynamic stretches to get the blood flowing:

• Cotton Pickers • Little Baby Arm Circles • Big Arm Circles • Back Stretches • Imperial Walkers

THE THANG

The main event of the day, the iron paxish workout:

• 25 Thrusters • Run down and back from the swing sets to the playground • 25 Decline Merkins • Run down and back • 25 Blockies • Run down and back • 25 Back Squats • Run down and back • 25 Kettlebell Swings • Run down and back • 25 Vertical Bench • Run down and back • 25 Outpose • Run down and back • Rinse and Repeat

MARY

To finish off, the PAX did:

• Heels to Heaven • Rocking Boat Canoes • Oblique Crunches • Plank till time

CIRCLE OF TRUST

The PAX circled up, reflecting on the hard work and pushing each other to be better.

PRAYER

Grateful for the fellowship and the chance to grow stronger together.

MOLESKIN

Today’s workout was a reminder that we can always push ourselves a little harder, a little further. Let’s take that energy and apply it to all areas of our lives.
