Simple yet effective routine with a mix of most everything The Hill can offer. Workout was as follows:
• 1 – Lap • 2 – Sprints • 3 – Wall jumps • 4 – Sets of stairs • Rinse and repeat adding another set to each round (2 laps, 4 sprints, 6 wall jumps, etc)
