THE THANG

YHC realized that he hasn’t dusted off the ole No Mercy Mile Q in quite some time. Knowing that we have some newer folks that NEEDED to experience it, it was decided; nay, declared that it be done.

phase 1: half of NMM (for those that don’t know…begin at midpoint of track and run to turn 1 then bear crawl to turn 2. Run to mid point of back stretch and complete 25 merkins. Run to turn 3 and lunch to turn 4 jog to mid point and complete 25 squats. Repeat for total of 2 laps

Phase 2: mosey to bottom of hill by the school: sprint to top complete 20 Freddy Mercury’s IC recovery walk to bottom complete 30 lbc’s. R&R 3x.
