60 degrees and wet with some fog as 5 PAX posted for a total body workout. We had octaball merkin ladders. We had everests. We had rolling the dice. We had a good time.

THE THANG
Four stations set up where progressed in order
• Station 1: a round of Octamerkins • Station 2: 10 pullups • Station 3: Abs, roll the die, do 10 reps (choice of single-ct, 2-ct, 4-ct)
• 1 – LBCs • 2 – Freddie Mercuries • 3 – American Hammers • 4 – Heels to Heaven • 5 – Mountain climbers • 6 – V-Ups
• Station 4: Everest up the straight part of the hill from the mailbox.
Run back down the parking lot loop and back to station 1 to rinse and repeat. Most PAX made it through 3-5 rounds.
