Shout out to Jester from Arrowhead for coming up with the original beatdown, but I decided to take OH CRAP on tour. The layout is simple:

O- overhead press

H- heels to heaven

C- curls

R- bent over rows

A- American hammers

P- burPees

all done at 20 reps then run lap.  R&R till time. We finished 3 laps before time ran out.
