THE THANG

Fearing what PBS was gonna make everyone do if no one took the Q, YHC dusted off an old Covid era workout that only 2 of us had done

because acronyms are fun, I decided to use OH CRAP as the letters for the exercises.

O- overhead press

H- heels to heaven

C- curls

R- bent over rows

A- American hammers

P- burPees

all done at 20 reps then run lap.  R&R till time. Idea is to do 4 laps
