• Mosey Around Carpool Circle (a little faster) • Plank on the six • Pickle Pounders Bonanza x?? at the whim of YHC

Although leading the exercise, YHC had to yielded to Doc Ock for proper technique. • Heels to Heaven x20IC • LBC x20IC (3 count hold) • Side Crunches x15IC (3 count hold) both sides • LBC x15IC (regular count) • Side Crunches x10IC (regular count)

• Mosey Around Carpool Circle (just a skosh faster) • Plank on the six. • Squat jumps x15IC (YHC varied the cadence to increase the burn and see who was listening) • Side Lunges x10IC

YHC is impressed with the men that have been coming out in the wee hours of the morning to workout.  I can already see that this is going to be a tight group.  I love the genuine encouragement we give each other.  I feel this group is on the brink of something big…Look out Erwin!
