THE THANG

Time to kick out some 1, 2, 3 Dora (without merkins).  The pax were challenged to complete (in pairs)

• 100 Block Curls • 200 LBC (holding block) • 300 Squats (holding block) • 300 Lunges (holding block) • 200 Flutter Kicks (holding block) • 100 Kettle Bells (surprisingly, not cowbells)
