• 20 burpees • 20 pick n press • Rock Crawl to next station • 20 sit ups w/extensions • Walking squats to next station • 20 rockin mericans • lunges to next station • 20 American hammers • long jumps to next station • 20 mountain climbers • Run lap w/sprint section • return to last station and reverse order back to 1 • repeat
