THE THANG

Since rungroup was shortened due to lightning, we decided to do a little more running today.

PAX moseyed to the parking lots and split off into groups of 3. The first PAX started at the top of the hill and did AMRAP of 10 merkins, 20 squats, and 40 flutter kicks (2 count).

The second PAX started at the bottom of the hill and did AMRAP 10 bodybuilders and sprint up and back down the hill.

Third PAX ran a lap around the parking lots and relieved the first PAX, the first PAX relieved the second, and the second ran a lap. Rinse and repeat
