13 PAX were the recipients of a largely iPhone-led Q this morning.  The rain held off, the humidity stuck around, the PAX showed up, and the work was done.

10 stations.  45 seconds of AMRAP followed by 15 seconds to recover.  Move to next station.  Rinse and repeat all stations twice.  Interval timer app + Amazon music app for some classics.

Beep test using Bleep Test Lite app.  Self-explanatory.  Plank or Al Gore once you’re out.  A few PAX lasted through Stage 7.
