Snowy Tour of Arrowhead

It was a warm 29 degrees this morning when two brave individuals got out of bed, drove on unplowed roads and readied themselves to be better individuals. The tour was slow as often times penguin walking and distributions of ones weight was needed to prevent eating it hard on the snow covered asphalt.

THE THANG

The AOQ decided what better time to do a tour of the AO when it is super slick and surprising spots of ice/black ice could ultimately wipe you out….good idea right?

• On Lambeth Dr

• At each tree (5 merkins and 5 squats) mosey in between trees

• At the bottom of Lambeth and N Roan St.

• At each light pole (5 monkey humpers, 5 Burpees)

• At N. Roan St and Car-Mol Dr

• Lunge from tree to tree, at each tree do 15 SSH

• Mosey down the big hill SLOWLY • At the Mailbox

• Everest up to the midway point of the hill, then do 2 one-minute chair holds

• Mosey to the swing sets

• 11’s doing underdogs and Mike Tysons

• Mosey to the Flag

There was enough time to do something, but the AOQ really didn’t want to get on the cold snowy ground sweaty….so we proceeded to do suicides between each light pole till time.
