• B – 5 burpees • L – 10 Lunges • I – 15 Imperial Walkers • M – 20 Merkins • P – 25 Plank Jacks • S – 30 Squats

Mosey 100 meters -> 5 burpees -> mosey 100 meters -> 5 burpees + 10 Lunges -> mosey 100 meters -> 5 burpees + 10 lunges + 15 Imperial Walkers -> etc.

Evaluation 2: 10 minute EMOM (10 rounds)

• 7 burpee box jumps • 10 merkins | 15 squats

Alternating rounds, recover to the top of the minute
