The Intimacy of Prayer

A prayer prayed from the heart of the child to the Father is never in vain. In Romans, Paul uses the phrase “Abba” which translates to “daddy”. It was a term used between a child and their dad and implies an intimate relationship. This is what God wants for us!

For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. And by Him we cry, “Abba, Father.”
