11 Pax decided to start the 32 degree morning with a taste of Black Jack in the Immortal Gloom.

THE THANG

The PAX used the length of the library parking lot to perform 21s. (1x exercise on one end then run to the opposite side of the lot to perform 20x of another exercise.  Back to the original starting point then 19x and 2x…and so on)

Coupon squat thrusts on one end and Merkins on the other for a grand total of 210 reps of each by completion

Once 21s completed the PAX performed a Bernie Sanders sprint up Magnolia Hill, 5 burpees, then back down

If time permitted the PAX began 11s.

11s performed in the same respect as 21s (but less reps)

Coupon curls and V-ups

A few PAX were able to complete 21s and make the Magnolia hill climb before circling up for Mary
