It was a beautiful morning with the perfect amount of PAX to do some crazy Team Work.

THE THANG

This workout was designed for 4 people to complete the exercises together. There were running opportunities and individual exercises. The PAX could discuss in their group who would do which exercises and how many reps.

• Team Work #1

• 100 Burpees • 200 Merkins • 300 Squats • 10 Hill Runs

• Team Work #2

• 2 PAX Run 1 Mile Each • 100 Dips • 200 Lunges (L/R = 1) • 300 BBSU

• Team Work #3

• 200 Burpees • 400 SSH • 400 LBCs • 15 Bridge Laps
