THE THANG

• Part 1: Partner Up.  Partner 1 runs to last light pole and back while partner 2 does modified BLIMPS: (9 BBS, 9 Lunges, 9 Imperial Walkers, 9 Merkins, 9 Plankjacks, and 9 Squats).  Partners switch and then rinse and repeat. • Part 2: 9s.  Combination of pull-ups and chicken peckers (1 pull-up, then do 8 chicken peckers, etc.).

My 2.0, Rachel, turns 9 today: 2/9/12.  She is the 9th grandchild on both sides of our family, and we waited 9 years for her.  Most of you know, she has had a lot of medical procedures, testing, etc. over the last 2 years.  Thanks for all your prayers, support, meals, etc. as we figured everything out.
