THE THANG

YHC recently realized that from time to time we ultimately steal parts (or the whole) of workouts from others to help create our own.  So with that in mind I decided to use great classic songs covered by hard rock bands; all while doing an original Q.  It’s a little bit ironic don’t ya think? Yeah I really do think.

A couple of weeks back YHC noticed the painted numbers on the pavement and told his man G “hey I think those could be turned into a Q”.  And naturally I’ve missed some of those…anyhoo…Pax begin at 12 and work their way down. But before one could progress to the next number they had to go back and work their way back from the top. After completing 7 run to swings for 10 under dogs and then begin at 6. After completing 1, run to stop sign.  12-squats (weighted), 11-Freddy  Mercurys, 10-Plank Jacks, 9-merkins, 8-KBS, 7-Lunges, 6-curls, 5-V ups, 4-OHP, 3-Mike Tysons, 2-Dying Cockroach, 1-burpee.
