Bear Crawls, Broad Jumps and Bridge Laps

It was a chilly Feb. morning, but nothing a few PAX couldn’t handle. DISCLAIMER – Given PRAYER – Done COP – Check
• 50 X SSH IC • 10 X TTT IC • 15 X 2-Count Slow Jump Squat IC • 10 Sec WMH Left and Right IC
THE THANG 2 Rounds of different exercises and movements. The PAX began at one side of the parking lot and did Round 1A exercise 1 first, then they bear crawled for 30 yards to the other side of the parking lot and did the first exercise of Round 1B. Following the 1B exercise, the PAX did a Bridge Lap back to the other side of the parking low and repeated Round 1A exercise 1 and then added to it, exercise 2. The PAX continued this until all of Round 1A and 1B exercises were completed then they began round 2 and substituted Broad Jumps for Bear Crawls.

• 15 Merkins • 25 MTN Climbers • 35 Plank Jacks
• Round 2A
• 5 Manmakers (8-Count) • 10 Hand Release Merkins • 15 Shoulder Taps (L+R = 1)
• Round 2B
• 50 SSH • 40 Air Squats • 30 Lunges
