6 PAX arrived on a cold President’s Day prepared for a special guest Q, but like much of the past year, an audible was called.  Big shoutout to Moneypenny for providing the workout plan.

A course was setup in the church parking lot with obstacles setup every 0.1 mile (total of 3 obstacle stops for each lap)  At each stop PAX performed the listed exercise for that particular lap with a goal of making 10 laps during the workout.
