THE THANG

Mosey twice around parking lot then head to the tower at the Band Practice Field.

Q introduced a 4 station rotation x 4 sets.  Rotation time was based on time from the PAX carrying a coupon across band practice field.

• 60 # sand tube carry • TRX type strap work.  Lat pull, wide pull, high pull and 4th of choice AMRAP • Block Curls AMRAP • Block Kettlebell Swings. AMRAP

2nd THANG – Partner up

Partner 1 carrys two blocks to far side of field does 5 Burpees and comes back.

Partner 2 Starts on 100 Mercans, 200 LB Crunches, 300 Squats.  Trading off till done.

Mosey back to parking lot.

Christmas is a joyous time for many, however lots of folks have pain and suffering due to loss of family members, divorce, estrangement etc.  Try and spread some joy of the real meaning of Christmas to those folks when you can.
