THE THANG

Line up along the football field (coupons on one side of the track)

55s (10 reps, ascending ladder by 1s). So start with one of each exercise in the set, then

• Block / brute force burpees • Bent over row • V-ups

Carry your coupon to other side of the field. In the middle of the field, do a weighted squat with your coupon (in both directions). Then start of rep 1 of each of these exercises.

• Overhead press • Weighted Lunge (2:1) • Plyo pushups

If you finish early, start back down the ladder. No one finished early.
