Woz Did a Q? It must be his b-day

It was a beautiful morning at 31 degrees when 13 HIM braved the cold and gloom to help me celebrate YHC’s 49th revolution around the sun.  Even bobber came out with a torn Meniscus to groan at Woz for his choice in Running.

We went around the school 3 time doing reps of 16 as any math waz know that it adds up to 48.

• 16 pullups at the flag • 16 underdogs at the swings • 16 lunges on the way to the dug out • 16 dips at the dug out or wall circle thinggy • 16 step-ups at the pain cave • 16 ‘mericans at the stop sign • 16 squats at the picknick tables • do it again!!!!
