Testy Workout with finisher cardio

We kicked things off with a warmup lap and some light stretching before heading straight into hill repeats. The air was cold and the legs were heavy early, but the group settled in and kept pushing. After the hills, we paired up for partner carries, merkins, and alternating squat rounds that kept everyone moving. The best part of the morning was the energy. Nobody let up, the mumblechatter stayed steady, and one newer guy kept grinding all the way through the finish. We closed with a quick circle, counted off, and wrapped up with plans for coffeeteria. Strong effort all around and a great way to start the day.
