Northeast Tennessee Arrowhead (Indian Trail) Johnson City

Arrowhead AO: 11 Men braved the frigid conditions and railed against the indecency of daylight savings to put in some work.  A bracing 18 degrees, light wind, and starlit AO greeted them with the subtlety of a clenched fist to the face.

  • 10 yard dash, 10 Burpees

Indian run around the track x 6, with a bonus 7 lap OYO with a “runner’s cross” movement of a modified shoulder pretzel for good measure.  Got 2 miles in total this frosty morning.
