YHC decided several weeks ago that the pax at IH needed to experience the no mercy mile.  They  welcomed it with enthusiasm and vigor (plus it was quite cold and breezy so I think they just wanted to get moving…)

Pax began and close end of the loop nearest the amphitheater and jogged to second lamppost where they began bear crawling for the next 4 lampposts   Jog to sculpture and perform 25 merkins.  Continue jogging to 2nd lamppost then lunge the distance of the next 4. Jog to starting point and perform 25 squats.  R&R 3 more laps.

Major t-claps to several men that rucked that mile this am…very impressive fellas.  Also YHC was grateful to swingline for helping me forget the cold and pain and for keeping me motivated.

Due to time YHC was unable to connect the dots for the IH pax with what this exercise means to me and how I described it to the Arrowhead crew.  This workout, much like life, doesn’t stop. There isn’t much time or areas to rest and at times one could find themselves going at it alone, and other times there may be someone there to support and motivate you.
