THE THANG
The workout consisted of a trail of burpees intertwined with personal information divulged.  The PAX moseyed around downtown to a spot suitable for group burpees.  At said spot, each PAX told something about themselves they thought no-one else knew.  After each telling, PAX were instructed to do 5 burpees OYO.  Tellings ranged from childhood stories to adulthood struggles.

After 13 sets of burpees and moseying, PAX returned to the amphitheater for a good old fashioned ladder.  PAX were instructed to do an exercise at each level in rungs of 5, 10, 15, 20, 15, 10, 5

  • Block rows or swings
  • decline Merkins
  • Squats
  • World War I sit-ups

Due to YHC’s inability to manage time – I underestimated how long the trail of burpees would take and how many PAX would show up for a 32 degree morning in April – most PAX only made it to the 20 ladder rung.

MOLESKIN
YHC enjoys F3 workouts but sometimes feel that PAX don’t know each other well enough.  Telling something personal about ourselves might help F3 brothers get to know each other on more than a superficial level – which YHC feels can help unlock the 2nd and 3rd F parts of F3.
