24 PAX joined together on a partly cloudy morning in the upper 50’s. Great day for a workout. A few got in some ruck training.

A pinochle card deck contains 48 cards from 9-Ace (two of each suit). Add three jokers to the deck and you have yourself a Q. The face value of the card determined the reps of the exercise below. Mosey with your block to the opposite side of the track.
- Aces – one Indian run lap
- Spades – merkins
- Clubs – bicep curls with the block
- Diamonds – V-ups
- Hearts – squat jumps with a knee tuck
- Jokers – mosey to to the playground for one set of pull-ups (each pax defined their own number of reps) and mosey back to the card pile as a group
It felt like we pulled a bunch of Aces, clubs, and diamonds – but we certainly got a few spades, hearts, and jokers in there as well. A good sweat this morning.
