11 PAX arrived at The Hill on a perfect 45 degree morning for some early trick-or-treating.

Mosey to the goal line for some dynamic warm-up and a down and back sprint.
THE THANG
Each round began with a sprint to the goal line and back. Draw some candy from the bucket and follow the instructions for that flavor.

  • Grape – Field suicide – 25-50-25-Goal line
  • Lemon – 400m lap around the track
  • Green Apple – Stadium run
  • Orange – Field suicide->Stadium run->400m lap
