Burpee Broadjump Relay:
Partner up. 1 partner runs to end of football field and back (goal post to goal post = 120 yards) while the other partner completes burpee broad jumps down the field. When Partner 1 returns, tag off and and partner 2 runs down and back. Rinse and repeat until the entire length of field is covered.
Partner 1 runs to end of field and back while partner 2 performs exercise. Rep goal is cumulative for both partners: 100 burpees, 200 merkins, 300 block curls
Using the 20 yd line and goal line, PAX 1 completes reps while #2 runs to goal line and back, then switch off and rinse and repeat. 3 rounds for each set of exercises.
Set 1 – 20 yd sprint/15 merkins
Set 2 – 20 yd sprint/20 block curls
