17 PAX came out to get better on a 63 degree morning by being lazy.

Warm-up

  • Motivators from 7
  • TTT 10 IC
  • Slow squat 10 IC

The Thang

  • Partner up for a Lazy Dora 
    • 50 man makers cumulative per team
    • 100 Merkins, 200 LBCs and 300 squats but there was no running involved.  So the first PAX will hold a plank while the other performs 10 Merkins.  Switch and continue until 100 Merkins completed.  Next the first PAX will perform a 6 inch leg hold while the other performs 20 LBCs.  Switch and continue until 200 LBCs are completed.  Finally, first PAX held an Al Gore while the other performs 30 squats.  Switch and continue until 300 squats completed.
  • Mosey over to the pavilion parking lot for BLIMPS
    • 5 Burpees
    • 10 Lunges
    • 15 Imperial walkers
    • 20 Merkins
    • 25 Plank jacks
    • 30 Squats
    • Rinse and repeat until time
  • Finish off with each PAX completing 10 man makers and 30 Flutter kicks IC
