I decided we would mosey a few different places this morning.
-Mosey to the wall near the river and do 11s: box jumps and decline merkins.
-Mosey to Wild Wing Cafe wall and partner up. Partner 1: hold wall sit. Partner 2: 1 mountain climber (each leg is 1) and 1 American Hammer (each side is 1), 2 mountain climbers and 2 American Hammers, repeat up to 8 and switch.
-Everyone line up on one side of the road. Do 10 merkins, bear crawl to the other side and do 9 merkins, bear crawl back and do 8 merkins, go until you get to 1.
-Mosey back to the circle and do EMOM burpees:
- 1st min: 5 burpees
- 2nd min: 6 burpees
- 3rd min: 7 burpees
- 4th min: 8 burpees
- 5th min: 9 burpees
- 6th min: 10 burpees
Then work your way back down to 5 burpees.
