After showing up for an unofficial run on Monday—Ponzi was “strongly encouraged” by Donatello to Q on Tuesday. He’s been a regular for several weeks, it’s time to step and show the JC Pax how DJ money rolls. After Donatello smoked the JC Pax with blocks last week—Ponzi decided to 1-up not only Donatello, but Rite Aid (merkin mile) and Baby (4 corner madness) by combining all three into a strait up back to school block beatdown.

It was simple: 4 laps around the middle loop (.43 miles) -> wall dips (20) -> sit-ups (20) -> decline merkins (20) -> single leg step-up presses (10)
OH YEAH—HOLDING/SHOULDERING A BLOCK FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE MISERY.

- 40 some flutter kicks IC—Singlet thought it would be funny to do flutter kicks until Donatello put his legs down to rest. Had YHC known this, there would not have been 40 something of YHC’s LEAST favorite exercise.
Moleskin
This workout was simple in concept, but difficult in execution. It’s amazing how adding 28lbs of weight for an extended period of time changes the dynamics of work load. This was a real smoker. YHC was not happy when putting his backpack on to walk to the office. Ponzi really nailed this one. There may be a revolt next time Donatello “strongly encourages” Ponzi to Q. Strong work men.
