Worst way ever to start a workout today, fellas…a TRAIN? AT 6:58AM? So much for a warm up…But many props to Rite Aid to just jump in there and get us doing Burpees instead of wimpin’ out!! I guess…ANYWAY!!!
We warmed up with 42 Side Straddle Hops (since the VQ guy) just turned the big 4-2. Then on to 15 Imperial Walkers, 10 Willie Mays Hayes, 15 LB Arm Circles each direction, 10 through the tunnels, and 15 Hillbilly Walkers (all in cadence). Warmup over!
Mosey to the side of the field and completed 21 Blackjacks which included Pushups on one side of the field and BB Situps on the other.
Then moseyed to the 1/2 mile loop. 14 exercise stations were positioned throughout the loop which included (all single counts): 20 squats, 25 Merkins, 25 BB Situps, 20 Step ups, 20 Lunges, 24 Plank Jacks, 50 People’s chairs, 50 Flutter Kicks, 30 American Hammers, 25 Bicycle Crunches, 20 One Legged Squats, 20 Dips, 15 Diamond Incline Pushups, and ABC’s (entire alphabet).
We were shooting for two complete loops, but ran out of time. Almost made it! Good crew. Took good care of the VQ. Such gentle guys…
Several are participating in the Goliath event tomorrow. Way to come on out! Group has come to the conclusion that aliens have taken over the shirt order form.
