THE THANG – The Fun Five Hundred - Since we are not near the pull-up bars, this is a modification
- Mosey to hill on first base line
- In lieu of pull-ups, the first set (of 5) is “very slow” block curls, on a four count, with the “4” being at the low point of the curl. So….On your own
- 4-count block curls X5
- Merkins X10
- Big-Boy Sit-Ups X15
- Squats X20
- Run to the top of the hill (about a 20 yard, 45 degree climb), back down carefully
- Rinse and repeat for a goal of 10 sets – if 10 sets are accomplished, the Fun Five Hundred has been achieved

The Fun Five Hundred is something that this 51-year old has been doing at home in order to get stronger and hopefully do a better job keeping up with all the younger guys. I would have never done something like this before F3.
