There was a turnout of 8 at Wilderness Road on a brisk 28 degree morning. The Q was too ADD to really focus on one type of workout so the group did a little bit of everything.

Two laps around the parking lot and then a mosey to the track.
THE THANG
- A tribute to a Spartan Challenge…one lap around the track immediately followed by 30 burpees. Hold plank while waiting for all PAX. Repeat a 2nd time.
- Circle up for 3 rounds of ATM’s followed by 1 round of Johnny Cash.
- Mosey to the front of the school for a light set of Super Legs…20 squats, 20 jump lunges, 20 bench jumps, hold an Al Gore while waiting for all PAX to complete. Rest for 30 seconds and repeat.
- Mosey to the parking lot and circle up for stations. COLT 45’s, Copperhead Squats, Crucible Merkins, Flutter Kicks, Double Merkin Burpee, Plank, Jiminy Crickets, and pounding a tractor trailer tire with a 16# sledge. PAX completing the COLT 45 sets the pace for the group. One rotation through each exercise.
