The Thang

There were 2 coupons that needed to be carried.  One was 20#.  The other was 30#.  Both were carried during an Indian Run of a tour of Indian Trail Intermediate School.  How fitting.  Toward the end of the run, YHC heard some grumblings about the distance we had covered.  It was approximately 1.5 miles.  The PAX were instructed to pass the weights as needed during the run.

After returning back to the parking lot, ditch the weights and mosey 1 lap around the track.

Mosey to the endzone of the field for some DORA work!

Partner up.  There was a line of cones set up at approximately the 50 yard line.  This would be the destination for each iteration.

Merkins x100

Squats x200

LBC’s x300 – These were especially fun on approximately 2-3″ of snowfall!

After the completion of DORA, return to the end zone.

7’s!

Alternate Merkins/Squats at the goal line/50 yard line.

Mosey 1 1/2 laps around the field to end up at the other end zone.  This was necessary in order to seek out fresh snow.

In the far end zone, circle up for some Mary!  Yes, in the snow!!!

Dolly’s x10 IC

Pickle Pounders x10 IC

Sweat Angels x10 IC

Freddy Mercury’s x10 IC

Dying Cockroaches x10 IC – Apparently Rudy has some other weird name(s) for this.  YHC does not read Women’s Health magazine, so we will stick with “Dying Cockroaches”.

Rinse and repeat for 3 cycles.

Count-O-Rama – 8 PAX in attendance.

Moleskin

YHC is thankful for PAX and such a strong group of guys that will come out and do such things as pickle pounders in 2″ of snow.  You are all studs in my book!

This was YHC’s first Arrowhead Q, as well as first Saturday Q.  Thanks for making it memorable for all the right reasons!
