THE THANG
The QIC found December 26th is known as “Boxing Day”   What exactly Boxing Day is I don’t know. YHC thought a “gift” (for some reason it felt like there was a 30 lbs plate in it?!?!) and 4 cones set about 15 yards apart like a boxing ring would keep the PAX busy.  I brought a bag full of exercises.

• ‘Merkins
• Lt. Dans
• Imperial Squat Walkers
• Burpees (no not a mistake, IT was in there twice)
• Scorpion Dry Docks
• Burp n Merk
• Apollo Creed Burpees
• 8 Count Body Builders
• SSH
• Monkey Humpers
• Squat Jumps
• Fairy Jacks
• Clerkins

While the Group performed AMRAP of the exercise drawn, the PAX who drew the exercise ran to each cone with Doc’s “Gift” and performed their our pleasurable exercises.

• 1st Cone – Butkus – 10
• 2nd Cone – Squats – 10
• 3rd Cone – Overhead Press – 10
• 4th Cone – American Hammers – 10 then return present to the 1st cone.

We completed all exercises and had to throw the cards back in for 2 PAX to finish their round. Grillz was enjoying the routine so much he wanted to draw an extra.  Half way thru Chunk got so warm wearing his Christmas present, 20 lb vest, he had to remove it.

The holidays have been tough but at the same time I am thankful for all the blessings I have. I hug my 2.0s tighter. I appreciate my M more. I also thank GOD for his gift.  His son. His Grace and His forgiveness. I will be on the road again and will not see my F3 family until next year so I take this time to say thank you for still checking on me. Thank you for pushing me to be better. Have a safe end of the year brothers!
