Brisk post-Christmas 22 degree morning for the PAX to put in some work. Many calories had been consumed over the past 72 hours so QIC felt compelled to see how many we could burn. Not to mention we really wanted to warm up.

THE THANG
QIC has had his eye on the big hill on Roan for some time now. Today seemed like as good a day as any to take advantage. 5 cones were setup between Car-Mol Dr and White Way Dr which is roughly 1/2 mile 1st cone to 5th cone (pic below). Reps progressively build at each cone until reversing direction and beginning that round again. QIC had originally planned this routine for a Saturday Q so making it through all 3 rounds wasn’t going to happen but we would give it a good ol’ college try.
