4 degrees would test any man’s resolve to put in work. 17 PAX showed up to kick complacency in the teeth.

Needed to keep moving to stay warm so we grabbed our coupons and made our way to the hill at the front of the school. Straight forward routine. 5 reps at the bottom of the hill, 10 reps at the mid-point of the hill, 15 reps at the top of the hill, back to the mid-point for 10 more reps, and continue to the bottom to finish with 5 final reps. 10 rounds were planned with every other round including the block or plate.

With 2 minutes left, elevators are always a fan favorite.
I’ve been incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to serve as AOQ at Arrowhead this past year. Humbled by the men who surround us in the gloom each morning and excited to see what the future holds for the PAX and F3 NETN.
