Part 1

YHC was happy to bring a chipper routine to Wilderness Road. Each PAX was armed with a block, plate or sandbag.

  • 50 squats
  • 40 stiff leg deadlifts
  • 30 alternating lunges
  • 20 overhead press
  • 10 block burpees
  • 20 overhead press
  • 30 alternating lunges
  • 40 stiff leg deadlifts
  • 50 squats
  • 400m(approximate) carry/run

Part 2

2 lines marked out approximately 40 yards apart. PAX will sprint across parking lot and complete 20 reps of a movement. Then backwards run to starting point to plank for the 6.

Exercises: merkins, flutter kicks(4:1 cadence), t plank merkins and burpees.

Shared with PAX what F3 has meant to me and how I have noticed a difference in my attitude the past few weeks that I’ve been out. PAX are challenged to reflect on what F3 has become for them and encourage them to reach out to guys who have missed recently. Also keep putting the EH on the men they encounter throughout the week and get them out.
