THE THANG
With the approaching birth of Escape Hatch’s 2.2, YHC thought the PAX of Iron Valley needed to help with some baby birthing noises of their own.  What better way than Bear Crwals, Burpees and Blocks.  PAX partnered up. While one PAX performed Burpees the other Bear Crawled to the cone (~15 yards) performed 25 of said exercise and then Bear Crawled back.

• Kettle Bell swings
• Flutter kicks w/block

PAX were making a lot of noise and groaning a great deal. It was enough that you would have thought one of them was giving birth. General feeling was it was a smoker and a post that you did not have to wait till later to feel it. Great work men!!
