The Thang

Mosey to the pull-up bars.  No, we are not doing pull-ups.  YHC had previously set out 8 cones with instructions to perform at each location.  The goal was to complete a Jacob’s Ladder in which the PAX would complete each cone’s activity on the way out, but then mosey back to the starting position each time.  There was a question printed on a piece of paper at each cone to ask your fellow PAX to stimulate some mumblechatter.  The goal was to have all 3 F’s represented throughout the morning’s activities.  The PAX excelled in their completion.

Cone 1:  5 Burpees.  Broad jump to the next station.

“Tell me about your family.”

Cone 2:  10 Merkins.  Bear crawl to the next station.

“Where did you grow up?”

Cone 3:  15 Pickle Pounders.  Lunge to the next station.

“Where is your church home?”

Cone 4:  20 Squats.  Crab walk to the next station.

“What is your fitness goal for 2018?”

Cone 5:  25 LBC’s.  Bernie Sanders to the next station.

“Who are you accountable to?”
