THE THANG
THE RUNNERS:
- Mosey to home stands – run the stadium back and forth
- Mosey to Pepsi hill – appx 5 laps up and down
- Mosey to Pactolas Hill – 2x AYG
- Mosey back to stadium – ladder sprints – 20-40-60-80-100 and back down.
THE RUCKERS:
Modified BB: 1/4 mile ruck. Bear crawl 20 yards -> 20 squats -> bear crawl 20 yards -> 20 hands up push ups -> bear crawl 20 yards -> 20 4-Ct flutter kicks -> bear crawl 20 yards -> 20 overhead ruck presses -> bear crawl 20 yards -> 20 4-Ct mountain climbers. Rinse and repeat. Tunnel of love -> line up and hold high plank -> low crawl through the tunnel and assume plank. 4 full rotations (30-40 yards total). On the goal line. 2 pax carry coupon 100 yards and back (sandbag and Jerry can). Remaining Pax -> overhead ruck hold until they get back. Rinse and repeat with 2 new pax on the coupons remaining Pax doing flutter kicks. 2 full cycles with each PAX carrying each coupon and completing 2 rounds of overhead holds and flutters kicks. Time.
Respectable work for a 45 minute block. Great to have @Pythagoras join the fun this morning.
